To decrease weight, our SKLTN titanium actions are designed with lightening cuts in the body, recoil lug, with a trimmed bolt shroud. A new spiral fluting pattern in the bolt also helps to decrease weight.

LONG ACTION WEIGHT: 16.5oz

The Pure Precision SKLTN TI titanium action utilizes the Remington 700 footprint, 75-degree bolt throw, two locking lugs, spiral flutes and M16-style extractor. The SKLTN TI also utilizes a firing pin assembly that is field strippable without the use of tools; you can clean out debris, ice, or a punctured primer piece without difficulty. The action’s fire-control system was collaborated on, and is condoned by, Alex wWheeler and Greg Tannell.

The action body is made of titanium, and the bolt is 4140 with DLC. The tenon specifications are the same pattern as the Remington 700.
